Nate was/is always on time for appointments and consistently communicates with use in regards to any possible changes. A professional’s professional. Extremely knowledgeable individual in regards to his craft. Surprisingly quick and extremely efficient in every job (3) he’s done for me. Always entered my home with boot covers to not track and mar up my wood flooring. Cleans up after he finishes, like he wasn’t even there. Speaking to him is like conversing with a family member. Just a complete joy to have working in my home. 5 stars are too low a rating for this young man, 20 stars may be a more accurate rating for him.

My family recently employed Sustainable Plumbing to address a service line leak that was occurring just after the city meter. We knew that the work would require driveway cement removal, trenching 35 feet of yard, and laying down 40' of new PEX tubing. We got Nate's name after looking at the Nextdoor reviews and Sustainable Plumbing delivered top notch quality and service. The estimate was nearly right on with what we anticipated and Nate went above and beyond by educating us on "how to do plumbing right". I've already recommended Sustainable Plumbing to tell friends and an having him come back out to service our instant on water heater. Nate did a great job running a gas line for our dryer, replacing the water service lines to our washer, and hooking up our washer and dryer. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, and he pointed out a couple of issues we weren’t aware we had. Great job, and thanks so much!

Professional, courteous, careful Tech [Nate} who explained and detailed everything he was doing while installing our hot water recirculating pump for the Rinnai Tankless. He also took time to explain how the system will work and how to use and adjust it. I knew we had made the right choice even before meeting Nate based on my interactions with the office staff (Kristi). Just a pleasure to work with. They are now my go-to for any plumbing work.

Nate was incredible. He worked incredibly fast and hard while delivering amazing quality work. He replaced all of our old gas lines, ran new ones to an instant hot water heater. When the price of materials dropped, so did our bill. Our basement was cleaner than when he started. I cannot recommend him more to anyone. He has a customer for life.

Nate at Sustainable Plumbing of NC was great to work with. He recently removed and installed a new water heater at our home. He was very professional, responsive, and customer service oriented. He cleaned up after himself and made sure that we were very happy with his service. Once he finished his installation, he reviewed everything he did and covered items that were required by code. You can tell that he lives and breathes plumbing, and is very knowledgeable about what he does. His pricing is competitive and his work is top notch.
